WWE Superstar and NXT North American champion Tony D’Angelo indicated Wednesday that he got married.
D’Angelo posted a photo of himself and his partner, Isabella Borini, on X and Instagram with the caption, “Mr. and Mrs. Don!”

Borini was wearing a white wedding dress in the photo and D’Angelo was decked out in a black tuxedo, suggesting that they tied the knot.
D’Angelo, whose real name is Joe Ariola, signed a developmental contract with WWE in 2021 after competing in amateur wrestling at the University at Buffalo.
He made his televised debut on NXT in late 2021 and quickly established himself as one of the most popular wrestlers on the brand thanks largely to his mafia boss-inspired character.
D’Angelo began referring to himself as the Don of NXT after beating Tommaso Ciampa at Stand & Deliver in April 2022, and he has since become a decorated champion.
After enjoying two reigns as NXT tag team champion along with Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo and holding the NXT Heritage Cup once, D’Angelo defeated Oba Femi for the North American Championship last month.
That marked the first singles loss of Femi’s dominant run in NXT, and Tony D handed him another loss at Halloween Havoc, beating him in a Tables, Ladders, and Scares match to retain the North American title.
D’Angelo continued his impressive reign Tuesday on NXT, defeating Shawn Spears to retain the title.
